I got a few quotes and decided on Platero Parada Plumbing. I wanted a water system installed and had to get new pipes throughout my whole house. Sam and his team were great, they even found a couple leaks in my outgoing pipes they they were able to take care of without significant delays in the project timeline and at a reasonable price. Had a great experience with Platero Parada Plumbing! I had an emergency with my kitchen sink and ended up needing a new disposal. Sam was able to come almost immediately. He diagnosed the problem, came back later that day with the parts, and even waived part of my fees. Once again, Platero Parada Plumbing came and rescued us on Xmas Eve. Our water heater was leaking water everywhere and needed to be replaced quickly. Sam came with a new one, working in the rain, taking out the old one, and installing the new one per code, including a new gas line. He made sure that it was very secure to the wall as the other was not. He is such a nice person and is very honest. Nice to know I have a plumber I can call and know he will respond. Thank you Sam.
