With over a decade of experience in the plumbing industry, Samuel has built a strong reputation for providing reliable, high-quality plumbing services in the Sacramento area.  

Samuel’s journey in plumbing began in a hands-on environment, learning the trade from the ground up. He gained experience installing massive pipes for residential buildings, working with hot water solar systems, and reading blueprints. His expertise now includes repiping, sewer systems, and the installation of advanced plumbing devices like the Moen Flo. He is also skilled in troubleshooting complex plumbing issues and providing effective solutions.  

One of the challenges Samuel has faced and overcome is working on older homes with outdated plumbing systems. He recalls a time when his team had to replace a sewer lateral that was approximately twelve feet deep, a job that required careful planning and execution to ensure safety.

Samuel’s commitment to excellent service is illustrated by a memorable experience with a client. The client had been dealing with low hot water pressure in his bathroom sink for years, and several plumbers had told him he needed a whole-house repipe. Samuel took a closer look and identified the issue as sediment buildup in the angle stop. He resolved the problem by replacing the angle stop and the brass nipple, much to the client’s surprise and delight. This experience earned him the nickname “Sam the Man” in the neighborhood and reinforced his belief in the importance of listening to clients and thoroughly investigating their concerns  

Samuel believes in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of plumbing advancements.

He has completed training in installing PEX pipes, CSST for gas lines, and Navien tankless water heaters.  He also attends trade shows and workshops to stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies and industry standards.
